My TOU

For tangible products like cards, stationery, business cards etc.
You may not resell any of the items you purchase from me. If you wish to place large or multiple orders for resale, please contact me for further information and to discuss rates.
Digital Products
You can use kits and elements created by me in your personal Scrapbooking or crafting projects for your own personal use, or to make gifts for family and friends, whether digital or printed.
All of my digital products are S4H/S4O, you do not need to obtain further permission for this use.
Commercial use is not permitted without prior written permission, unless otherwise stated on the individual product. If you want to use any of my items commercially, just ask me.  I am not unreasonable and I understand what it's like to start out! A small commercial use fee may be charged. For some of my products, which are clearly marked in the store description, you may purchase an additional Commercial Use Single Product Licence, available in store for $5. This licence, matched to the product, gives you the right to use it commercially.
Please note that CU does NOT mean CU4CU. None of my products are CU4CU.
You MAY use my products on your personal web design or blog projects with my prior permission, just drop me an email notifying me of your use and giving me your url.
Please don't 'share' my products, whether purchased or free, with your friends - just direct them to my web site to download or purchase for themselves.
I DO NOT condone piracy.

You MAY alter any of my products: recolour them, blur them, cut them into little bits, etc, to suit your needs in your personal scrapbooking and crafting.  Please do not claim altered graphics as your own work! It's only fair to credit me if only to recognise the time it took me to make this product.
DO NOT use any of my products to make anything pornographic, unlawful, or just plain nasty.
You may make one back up copy of my digital files.
I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred from the use of my graphics.
Please credit me, Bernadette Hunt of Scrapdragon Designs, when using my work in online galleries. You may use my work to submit your creations to publications, please do let me know if you are published. I will be happy to reward you and will credit your Paypal account with $5 for each work published using my kits. Proof of publication will be required.

Limitation of Liability

1. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Natural Designs in Scrapbooking, or its designers or agents, be responsible for any damages or loss that result from the use of, or inability to use any of the products sold or distributed by Natural Designs in Scrapbooking.
2. If any legal action arises out of copyright infringement, Natural Designs in Scrapbooking and its designers or agents shall be indemnified and held harmless of any and all costs or damages that you or Natural Designs in Scrapbooking or its designers or agents incur.
